Submitting the form requests a quote and a preferred date; it does not create a binding contract for work. We will contact you to confirm availability, and a visit is only booked once we have confirmed it with you.

You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorised to request work at the property address you provide, and that safe access can be arranged.

Quotes are based on the condition of the property described or seen on the day. Additional blockages, damage or extra work you request may affect scope and price; any change will be discussed and agreed with you before work continues.

Quotes are valid for the period stated when they are issued. Any work carried out is governed by the agreement for that job, which takes precedence over these terms.

Work is carried out by insured operatives using appropriate access equipment. Insurance details can be provided on request.

By providing your phone number and email address you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text and email. You can ask us to stop at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
